“Past is Past”. Well yeah, I have to agree to this, but sometimes, past could be your present and even your future, if you keep on looking back and don’t learn to move on. And it could be a really sad thing to happen. People who live in the past and can’t seem to move forward are certainly the most unhappy. I think it’s definitely okay to look back, but only as way for you to learn from your mistakes, to remember and keep the good stuff, and to change your present and work on your future. In short, you have to look back to reassess your life. But you must not hold on for long because that would make you stuck.
Moving forward seemed challenging for many people. To take a step further means leaving fears behind and going beyond your boundaries. It could entail embracing changes, taking risks, and making tough decisions. It may be a hell of a road, but it’s absolutely worthy in the end. So now, if there’s something bugging you right now.. something that you think is a big decision to make, then all I can tell you is take that leap and just go for it. Go for what you really want. Grab that rare chance and follow your heart. In most cases, it means you have to be out of your comfort zone and experience unfamiliar circumstances BUT you have to do it anyway if real happiness is what you’re chasing. As one famous saying goes like, if you really want something badly, then you have to do things you haven’t done and go places you haven’t been to. Challenge and trust yourself that you can do it. I am sure it isn’t so important if you didn’t have to think about it all day long. Being bothered with something particular simply means it’s a big deal for you. If you think it’s an opportunity for a brighter tomorrow, then it most certainly is.
In this life journey, we all have different aspirations. But we all have one thing in common, that we, at least once, think that our desires our pretty impossible to achieve. And that is because of FEAR. Fear is the one holding us back from being successful. We fear that we can’t handle the pressure, that we are not skilled to do this and accomplish that, that we don’t have right tools to get through it, that others will not like our ideas, that our dreams seem unrealistic or our visions are crazy. In other words, we fear that we might fail. You can go all your life carrying all that fear and settle for what’s comfortable or easy. But it will not take you anywhere, rather put you in the same world you are in right now. You’ll be the same person in the same place doing the same things few years ago. And that is because you were fearful of falling.
Falling down is normal but getting back up is necessary. Failure is inevitable that’s why you have to prepare. It’s essential to get ready before getting into any battle. And one of the important preparations you have to undertake is learning how to manage your fears. It’s natural to be fearful but you have to control it. Feel it like a challenge and treat it like a slave. Once you master dealing your fears, you will start to see a massive difference in your life. It’s all about YOU in control of your life. And having a good control of your life means living it in every positive moment possible. Live a good life in three steps: First is acknowledging your past; Second is taking responsibility for your present; and Third is making an action for your future. Whatever you’re going through right now, remember to learn to look back and have the courage to move forward. 😉
