On July 4, 2015, the Cebu Blogging Community (CBC) celebrated its first anniversary in a super fab and fun Black Anniversary Party, held in F Cafe & Bar.
Who is CBC?
Aside from being Cebu’s Community of Empowering Bloggers, CBC, for me, is not just “another blogging group”. They are a real community. They are a family to me. In a short time I joined them, I can really feel the warm personal connection with many of the wonderful bloggers of Cebu.
I can’t remember the time I randomly clicked on CBC Facebook Page, when I was trying to look for a “bloggers group”. But I will never forget the CBC First Ultimate Meet Up last March, which was the very first event I joined (absolutely enjoyed it!!!). From then on, I became more inspired to take my love for blogging to the next level! (Awwww so cheesy!) 😉
Really. I mean, seriously, they helped me with a LOT of stuff. More than the technical knowledge I learned, what I love the most is the genuine relations I have with like-minded people.
Isn’t it one of the most beautiful things in the world to be connected with people who understand and appreciate your passion?
With Christy of Talk About Cebu, Mimi of Foxy Heroin, and Lou of Wander Soul. #YAMBAGirls Hahaha 😀
Really guys, all of me loves all of you! ♥ 🙂
CBC Today – 1st Anniversary Party
Mommy Wanders – PROUD CBC Baby
I am proud to say that Mommy Wanders is a happy and proud baby of Cebu Blogging Community. If not with CBC, I would still be blogging about life’s random drama on a .wordpress/ .blogspot domain. Hehehe 🙂 (Read about the official launching and first Mommy Wanders Welcome Giveaway)
But now, I have more focus and clarity to what I intend to share to the world. I am much more determined to grow this new baby into a meaningful and inspiring online home about life and parenting, while also being responsible in expressing my opinions and helping blog for social good.
I give credit to CBC for helping me shape this new blog today. Thank you, most especially to our very dedicated community leads, Jeph Flores, Gay Aida Dumaguing, Mary Narvasa, Jhanis Vincentte, and Channel Imperial. ♥
Shout-out to my fellow CBC bloggers, Rea of Blissful Snapshots for all the blogging inspiration and help, credits to Emjae of Emjae Fotos and Jeph of Kiat Cebu for the CBC Anniversary Party photos I shared here.
You guys, keep rockin’!
Cheers to more wanderful blogging years, CBC! ♥ 🙂 :*
